Gong Meditation induces a spontaneous meditative state. You have a chance to immerse yourself in sacred and healing sound and vibrations of Gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls and other instruments.

We will be working with the energies of the The Wheel of the Year, this time with the energy of Autumn Equinox honouring the change of the season and the second harvest festival.

To enhance the experience of gong vibrations and meditation, we will be also working the energies of Chocolate made from raw Cacao. Before the meditation we will be indulging ourselves in a pure, raw chocolate which opens our hearts.

Please make sure to bring with you a yoga mat or similar, blanket(s) (we are in an old stone building), cushion, bottle of water and optionally an eye pillow.

Gong Meditation induces a spontaneous meditative state. You have a chance to immerse yourself in sacred and healing sound and vibrations of Gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls and other percussion instruments.
