A monthly group for peri-, menopausal and post-menopausal women to meet and celebrate this time of life, to discuss the changes and opportunities it brings in a warm, friendly and supportive space.

£7 includes hot drink. Helpful to know numbers in advance but if it's a last-minute decision to come - then do come!

Women of all faiths and none are equally welcome.
